What this module covers

The coliving software stack, from PMS to smart access and resident apps.

Technology should remove work, not add it. This module maps the coliving software stack layer by layer, teaches you to choose a PMS that fits your model rather than the biggest logo, and shows you how to set up payments, access and smart-home systems that residents can depend on. It then helps you decide what to automate and what to keep human, and how to integrate tools so they cut manual re-entry instead of quietly creating more of it. The test for every tool is the same: name the manual task it retires, then check at renewal that it still earns its place.
