The Coliving AI Visibility Gap: What an AI Model Actually Knows About 103 Cities

We publish city guides. 103 cities, at last count. So I ran a simple test. I asked an AI model to name the top ten coliving brands in each of those 103 cities. No web search. No browsing. Just what the model actually knows, which is the closest thing we have to a measure of what the industry has managed to write into the permanent record. That should have produced 1,030 names. It produced about 280.
