Hiring, structuring and training the team that runs a coliving operation.

The community manager is the single most important hire in coliving, and the hardest to define. This module teaches you to define the roles you actually need, hire for the right blend of hospitality and operations, onboard and train so your standards survive turnover, and keep good people through feedback, burnout prevention, and a culture that holds together across many buildings.
