Everything Coliving’s take

Properly is described as a fit for operators standardizing cleaning and turnover processes. As with any maintenance & operations choice, weigh it against the size of your portfolio, the stage you are at, and the systems you already run day to day.
It integrates with Airbnb, Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, so it is a stronger fit for operators already using those tools. If your current stack is not covered, ask the vendor about their integration roadmap before you commit.
