Everything Coliving’s take
KeyNest is a maintenance & operations option for coliving operators, positioned for operators needing secure key exchange at scale. It runs on a per exchange model. It lists 4 product capabilities and 4 named integrations. Everything Coliving lists it as an independent option in the directory rather than a paid placement. Confirm current pricing tiers and book a live demo with the vendor before you commit, and check that it fits the tools you already run.

KeyNest is described as a fit for operators needing secure key exchange at scale. As with any maintenance & operations choice, weigh it against the size of your portfolio, the stage you are at, and the systems you already run day to day.
It integrates with Guesty, Hostaway, Airbnb, Booking.com, so it is a stronger fit for operators already using those tools. If your current stack is not covered, ask the vendor about their integration roadmap before you commit.
Not sure whether KeyNest is the right call? Everything Coliving advisory can pressure-test your shortlist, or compare the category first in the vendor directory.
