A structured assessment tool that measures your coliving community across 8 key dimensions: onboarding, engagement, events, communication, conflict resolution, physical space, diversity, and alumni network. Each dimension is scored 0-100% to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

A score of 80+ is 'Thriving' — your community is performing at best-in-class level. 60-80 is 'Healthy' with room for improvement. 40-60 is 'At Risk' and needs attention. Below 40 is 'Critical' and requires immediate intervention.

Quarterly assessments work best. This gives enough time to implement improvements between assessments. Also assess after major changes like community manager transitions, large resident turnover, or property renovations.

Community managers should complete it first based on their observations. Then supplement with resident survey data. The gap between operator perception and resident experience often reveals the most important insights.
