Optix is described as a fit for flex space operators wanting a branded member app. As with any coworking management choice, weigh it against the size of your portfolio, the stage you are at, and the systems you already run day to day.
It integrates with Stripe, Kisi, Zapier, QuickBooks, so it is a stronger fit for operators already using those tools. If your current stack is not covered, ask the vendor about their integration roadmap before you commit.
Not sure whether Optix is the right call? Everything Coliving advisory can pressure-test your shortlist, or compare the category first in the vendor directory.
