Fernish is described as a fit for operators wanting flexible furniture without large upfront costs. As with any furniture & design choice, weigh it against the size of your portfolio, the stage you are at, and the systems you already run day to day.
It integrates with Property management platforms, so it is a stronger fit for operators already using those tools. If your current stack is not covered, ask the vendor about their integration roadmap before you commit.
Not sure whether Fernish is the right call? Everything Coliving advisory can pressure-test your shortlist, or compare the category first in the vendor directory.
