Digital Room Service is a premium browser-based hotel guest-service platform connecting Room QR ordering, hotel service requests, staff assignment, an operational Command Center and billing. Guests scan the Room QR to order in-room dining or request housekeeping, laundry, toiletries, maintenance or luggage help, with no app download and no mandatory guest account. Requests reach the Command Center with room context, where managers assign staff and track each service to completion, while the kitchen works from a KDS. Staff use a browser workspace via the hotel's Staff Access QR and a secure PIN, with shifts and optional Room QR verification. Guests can charge orders to their room, and Room Guest Sessions expire so hotels can reset access. Signature, Elite and Grand plans include all standard platform features. The Grand Welcome gives every eligible new property 60 days of full Grand access for $0, with no credit card.
