Photography: AndSoulAndSoul is a London living and wellness brand built on one belief: before ambitious people can leap, they need a place to land. Under one parent brand sit two pillars. AndSoul Community offers all-inclusive living for professionals new to London across two refurbishment-led homes: The House in Southall, 302 rooms around a gym, spa, coworking and daily breakfast, and The Villas in Shoreditch, 77 ensuite rooms across 16 warehouse apartments. AndSoul Sanctuary, its destination sauna and wellness studio, runs 100+ classes a week for members and the public.
One membership covers everything, from £1,050 pcm in Southall and £1,900 pcm in Shoreditch, and belonging is run as an operating model: a dedicated community team, weekly shared dinners and 137 programmed moments a month. The proof: 92% occupancy, 68% member renewal, a 4.53-star rating across 305 reviews, 96% direct bookings and a social community of 49,000+ followers.
